Q: Can you help with sizing?

A: All sizing information is on the product pages however I also recommend measuring yourself for a sports bra. You would be amazed at how many women are wearing the wrong bra size. The best place to start is the Boob or Bust calculator . It's important to remember that bras are a little like shoes and so depending on the cut, the material and the specific features will change the sizing so your Boob or Bust calculator is a starting point for your bra buying needs. 

If you find that the bra you have gaps or is loose we recommend sizing down on this. If you are inbetween on sizes why not order both and return the one that doesn't fit - we do have a 45day returns policy for full price items (including the use of discount codes).

Q: I need to return my order, what do I need to do?

A: You have 45days you return your order for a refund.

Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to offer free returns, to return your product, you should highlight the item(s) on your invoice stating the reason for the return and post it at your own expense to Latched C/O Fulfilment Crowd, Western avenue Matrix Park, Chorley, PR7 7NB

If you have misplaced your returns form please include a note with your name and order number along with the reason for the return. 

Q: What postage method should I use? 

A: If you choose to return to an item to us then you will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using "signed for" or tracked service to be sure it arrives with us! Please keep how to the receipt/proof of postage as it is the senders responsibility until we have received the item. 

Q: I returned my order, have you received it?

A: We recommend sending your parcel back "signed for". All orders follow Covid quarantine upon receipt for 3 days. Then once orders are processed you will get a notification from the system to say whether the refund has been accepted and processed. If you have not received a notification within a week its likely I have not received your return yet however at busy periods this timeframe might be longer. 

Q: What should I do if I was sent an incorrect item?

A: From time to time mistakes can happen, but we do our best to sort them out quickly. If you have been sent an incorrect item please email us, including your order number: returns@latched.uk

£3 will be refunded  to cover the postage fee for a second class small parcel. (Please note that if you choose to send your parcel on another service then the additional cost will not be reimbursed.) Please keep hold of the proof of postage until the parcel has arrived back. 

Q: What if my item is faulty?

A: If you have received a faulty item we’re really sorry! It doesn’t usually happen, we promise… Please contact please email us, including your order number: returns@latched.uk 

Faulty items are accepted up to 28 days after the delivery date.
