How Our Returns Work
Start Your Return
Initiate a return through your account OR Email us at returns@latched.uk with: - Your order number - Which item(s) you’re returning - What didn’t work (this helps us improve our sizing guidance for other mums)
Pack & Send
Pop your items back in the original packaging (or any suitable bag or box), include the returns forms so we know who the item belongs too, attach a returns label (we only provide this if the item is faulty), and drop it off at your choice of shipping provider.
Get Your Refund or Exchange
We’ll process your refund or send out your exchange within 10 working days of receiving your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What You Can Return
Full refunds or exchanges within 30 days for: - Items that don’t fit as expected (too small, too large, or uncomfortable) - Products that don’t work for your activity level or body changes - Multiple sizes you ordered to try at home (we actually encourage this!) - Items that arrived damaged or defective.
Items must be: - Unworn or gently tried on—we understand you need to move in them to know if they work - Clean and in original condition with tags attached - Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note: For hygiene reasons, please ensure underwear is worn when trying on leggings. Any items that have been washed will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges Made Easy
Want to try a different size instead of a refund?
When you email us to start your return, just let us know which size you’d like instead. We can send out your replacement right away—you can return the original item once the new size arrives.
This way, you’re not waiting weeks without the activewear you need.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return items?
30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, as a small business we cannot offer this at the minute. If you order 2 sizes this triggers free delivery so then you only pay to return the unwanted items.
Can I try items on before returning them?
Absolutely. We know you need to move in activewear to know if it works. Gently trying items on—including doing a few movements to test support and comfort—is completely fine. Items just need to be clean, with tags attached, and in original condition.
What if my body changes after I receive my order?
This happens! Bodies change weekly during pregnancy and postpartum. Our products are made with this in mind through adjustability measures and also extenders where they might be needed. If its still not the right fit as long as you’re within the 30-day window, you can exchange for a different size or get a full refund.
I ordered multiple sizes. Do I have to return them all at once?
No. Keep what fits and return what doesn’t. You can return items separately if needed.
What if an item is faulty or damaged?
Email us immediately at returns@latched.uk with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away, and you won’t need to wait for us to receive the faulty item back.
How long does a refund take?
We process refunds within 10 working days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange for a completely different product?
Yes! Just let us know what you’d like instead on the returns form. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or send a payment link for the additional amount.
I’m outside the UK. Can I still return items?
Yes, but return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Email us at returns@latched.uk and we’ll provide return instructions and our returns address.
What if I’ve lost my tags?
We understand tags can go missing. As long as the item is unworn, clean, and in original condition, we can usually still accept the return. Email us and we’ll work it out.
